You will play a key role in building high-impact sales teams by partnering closely with hiring managers and delivering a strong, efficient recruitment experience. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, from job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, sales competencies, and cultural fit Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs Track and manage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company professionally to external candidates Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring managers regarding talent availability, salary trends, and hiring strategies 💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise (Minimum required for this role) Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably focused on sales roles Experience recruiting sales professionals within the technology industry (e.g., SaaS, MSP, IT services, or software companies) Strong understanding of sales functions and the key competencies required across different stages of the sales cycle.
