As the Regional Change Management Lead for Australia and New Zealand, you will partner closely with regional and global teams to identify opportunities for efficiency, design improved ways of working, and ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems and technologies that empower our Channel Sales teams and drives business opportunities. DESCRIPTION Lead and develop comprehensive business process analysis, mapping current state workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending optimised solutions for future workflows. Conduct detailed impact assessments and readiness analyses to advise strategic transformation roadmaps. Develop and deliver compelling communications, training programs, and partner engagement strategies tailored for regional Channel Sales teams. Design and implement end-to-end change management strategies, integrating process improvements within the plans Collaborate closely with global teams, regional leadership, and cross functional teams to embed change activities into project lifecycles. Cultivate and empower a network of change champions and key partners to drive adoption and sustain behavioural change. Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage resistance, issues, and risks associated with change initiatives. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators and success metrics to measure the effectiveness and return on investment of transformation efforts. Acting as a central point of interaction between Sales and other Apple departments, to drive change and improvements that support achievement of the ANZ Channel Sales strategy. Encouraging open communication and promoting collaboration amongst the various business teams Provide expertise to teams, business teams and regional leaders on change methodologies and process improvement best practices. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Business Analytics, Organisational Development, or a related field. 5-7+ years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, change management or operational excellence roles, ideally within a retail or sales environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Change management certification (such as PROSCI) or other designation is a plus Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale organisational change initiatives. Proven ability to analyse complex processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and design practical, scalable solutions. Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, capable of engaging and building rapport with diverse stakeholders from front-line teams to senior executives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience integrating change management activities into project and program plans. Ability to thrive in a multifaceted, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities effectively Demonstrated ability to positively influence and collaborate with people across all functional areas of an organisation. Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Organised, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning and turn strategy into tangible deliverables.
