At Apple, we are leading the charge in the transformation of Businesses and Education institutions around the globe, and you are in the driver’s seat to support a significant opportunity in South Asia. This position requires the expertise to develop a strong partner network in the region across all routes to market, to properly support all Business and Education customers. As lead for our partner network in South Asia, you will be a critical part of the South Asia leadership team for business and education markets. You will work closely with worldwide and regional leadership, country teams as well as leadership at our most strategic partner.

DESCRIPTION

  • Leverage a deep understanding of market trends, opportunities, routes to market and the channel landscape, to build regional strategies that drive growth cross RTM for Business and Education. - Deploy a strong partner strategy for the region and support countries in planning and implementation of partner programs for Small business, Enterprise and Education segments. - Secure high partner motivation by engagement and plans that align Apple and the partner’s growth strategies to expand the Apple footprint and ecosystem cross countries. - Partner closely with country teams to build, evaluate, and continuously evolve local plans, testing innovative approaches to accelerate Apple’s reach and impact in the Business and Education. - Effectively collaborate with worldwide sales and cross-functional team in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal and AppleCare to find new ways to engage partners and deliver results. - Build and lead a high-performing regional partner team that works closely with country teams, leveraging sales programs, enablement tools, marketing resources, and training to enhance partner capabilities and execution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate/post graduate degree.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in leading a highly motivated team in a Channel and Partner ecosystem
  • Experience working within a global matrixed organisation that requires an ability to advocate and influence outcomes.
  • Strong commercial, financial and analytical acumen.
  • Proficiency in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success managing partnerships, with experience in leading commercial strategies and planning.
  • Customer and partner needs can often be unique - but, you’re quick on your feet and connect and influence the right people both inside and outside of Apple.
  • Ability to define long-term development strategies within a global, multi-layered organisation.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to clearly present and narrate business insights to Senior Leadership.
  • Proactive, results-driven and highly adaptable attitude, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mentality that is naturally curious and is consistently looking for news ways of developing business in order to drive growth.
  • Passionate about technology and obsessed over the best customer experience, combining attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent management skills: setting goals, driving performance and developing a team, fostering collaboration and a can-do attitude.
