The sales & renewal specialist is tasked with growing new sales, ensuring high renewal conversion, processing of incoming leads and general sales-related administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of relevant or transferable experience (e.g., sales, operations, renewal, customer facing tech support, sales administration), preferably in the area of software/SaaS.
  • Language proficiency: English (advanced) a must, any additional Eastern or Western European languages a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills. High attention to details is a must
  • Self-directed, motivated individual who can work effectively in remote or office-based environments.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and social media tools is a plus
  • Confident PC user – MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Skype, etc
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, linguistics, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in sales or business development are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Create new sales opportunities through incoming leads
  • Manage daily subscription renewal tasks and strive for low churn rate
  • Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quarterly KPIs
  • Drive sales by focusing on subscription model
  • Consistently hit or exceed quarterly KPIs
  • Analyze customers business needs, cultivate business relationships with established partners
  • Create and update Accounts, Opportunities, Orders, etc. within ABBYY’s CRM system
  • Participate in product training sessions, meetings, team and skills building activities, and professional development classes
  • Process quarterly sales reports
