We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base in South Beloit and surrounding markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts while developing new business opportunities within your territory. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales, customer service, and the automotive refinishing industry. Requirements Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers, providing product support and identifying opportunities for growth. Prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned territory. Promote and sell a full range of coatings and related products, including paint, tools, and equipment. Collaborate with technical reps and other team members to provide excellent customer support and service. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Attend trade shows, vendor trainings, and company meetings as required. Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and activity reports. Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience preferred, experience in coatings, automotive, or industrial supply industry preferred. Knowledge of automotive refinish products and processes is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Strong sense of customer service. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (Plymouth and surrounding areas). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Why Join Colours Inc.?
