QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Previous sales experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred.
Strong estimating and proposal writing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of landscape materials, construction methods, and design/build processes.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
Must have valid drivers licence and have your own vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,400.00-$111,300.10 per year

Generate new leads and build client relationships throughout the GTA.
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and proposals for landscape construction projects.
Collaborate with design/build crews to fully understand project scope and pricing.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
Use CRM software to prepare estimates and proposals
