The Sales Executive drives revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing business. Convert cold prospects into active, paying commercial clients. Negotiate high-volume contract terms to maximize profit margins. Track individual sales pipelines daily to ensure target consistency. Client Relationship Management: Manage key client accounts to ensure brand loyalty. Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly. Upsell and crossell product portfolios to existing networks. Ensure full, timely payment collection from all accounts. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and market presence. Submit detailed weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Maintain clean client records within the company CRM. Identify emerging market trends to pitch new strategies. Territory & Field Operations: Conduct daily field visits and cold calls to prospects. Represent the company at trade exhibitions and networking events. Deliver persuasive product presentations to corporate executives. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize field campaigns. Requirements A minimum of an HND in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 2 upward years of active field sales experience. Documented history of meeting high-volume financial sales targets. Strong negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing skills. Deep knowledge of the local retail and corporate market. Mastery of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent verbal and written business communication. High emotional intelligence and ability to handle client rejection. Benefits ● Remunerations: 200,000 (Can be reviewed upwards based on performance after resumption) + 3% sales commission on every extra on sale on the target. ● Target: 5 Million ● Other Benefits: 13th Month, other statutory benefits and company wide benefits.
