Role Overview: We are looking for a results-oriented Salesperson to join our team and drive the expansion of Motion’s fuel card services. This role involves identifying and connecting with logistics and trucking companies, building strong relationships, and showcasing how our fuel card solutions can help optimize their operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who understands the trucking industry and is motivated to deliver impactful solutions to help businesses save on fuel costs and streamline fleet management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Identify, engage, and acquire new customers in the logistics and transportation sectors who can benefit from Motion’s fuel card and fleet management solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction and ensure they fully utilize the value of our products. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and deliver tailored solutions. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions, progress, and deal closures. Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on Motion’s fuel card program, effectively communicating the value proposition, fuel discounts, and benefits to prospective clients. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to align efforts, share client feedback, and continuously improve Motion’s product offering. Qualifications: Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the trucking or logistics industry, with a focus on fuel expenses and fleet management. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, presentation software, and digital communication platforms. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
