North American Diesel Performance is focused on the aftermarket Diesel Performance. NADP is the leader when it comes to providing industry knowledge, as well as second to none service. North American Powertrain Components is looking to fill a key role of Inside Sales within our organization. The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving predetermined customer service levels and sales targets. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Promote NAPC & NADP products and services through identifying customer needs Seek out opportunities for additional sales with new and existing customers Generate revenue by achieving monthly sales targets Provide professional and knowledgeable service while delivering an exceptional customer experience Establish strong customer relations with both internal and external customers Work as a team to ensure departmental and individual goals are met on a daily basis Booking appointments, confirming appointments and follow up calls Represent NAPC & NADP in a positive and professional manner Various other duties as required Additional pay: Bonus pay Commission pay Overtime pay Benefits: Casual dress Company events Dental care Disability insurance Life insurance On-site parking RRSP match Store discount Vision care Flexible language requirement: French not required Schedule: Monday to Friday Requirements Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Knowledge of Powertrain Components and Driveline an asset. Minimum 2 years of automotive related knowledge.
