SALES AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS MANDATORY

  • Visiting and managing fleet accounts and Warranty companies
  • Managing daily operation of facility
  • Welcoming customers, discussing inquires either in person or on the phone
  • Explaining and presenting our service to our clients after vehicle is diagnosed
  • Develop repair estimates using cost of materials, supplies and labour
  • Preparing repair orders and invoicing using computer system
  • Ordering parts and competitively shopping suppliers
  • Collecting payments and handling cash management system
  • Organizing and maintaining customer service area and customer vehicles
  • Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem-solving skills are required to perform this job successfully
  • Applicants with automotive knowledge preferred but not mandatory
  • Full training provided
  • Salary $55,000 and up depending on skill and experience
