We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team and be the face of our brand to builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, interior design, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of stone materials and installation processes (training can be provided).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and sales pipeline independently.
  • Comfortable reading blueprints or project drawings (preferred but not required).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client/site visits.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients, including builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners.
  • Understand and communicate the benefits, features, and applications of various stone materials (granite, quartz, marble, etc.).
  • Conduct client consultations to assess project needs and offer appropriate product and service solutions.
  • Prepare and present accurate estimates, proposals, and quotes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (fabrication, scheduling, installation) to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product innovations.
  • Participate in showroom walk-ins, trade shows, networking events, and site visits as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and project statuses using CRM tools or company systems.
