iStore is seeking enthusiastic, tech-savvy individuals eager to start their careers in the IT field to join our team as Mac and iPhone Service Sales Technician. As an Authorised Apple Service Provider, you will be diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and providing expert advice to our customers.
This role offers a unique hybrid experience, where you’ll seamlessly transition between the technical workshop and the sales shop floor, ensuring our customers receives top-notch service and sales expertise.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A good understanding of computers and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Ability to qualify as an Apple Certified Mac and iOS Technician.
  • Strong people skills and a talent for problem-solving.
  • Administrative and quality control skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Flexibility with your schedule as work hours will be based on business needs.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanour at all times.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits.
  • Capacity to balance administrative duties with customer-focused tasks, maintaining accuracy and organisation.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for computers and mobile phones.
  • Troubleshoot computer problems and repair or replace hardware, software, or drivers when necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Keep precise and full records of all repairs and parts used.
  • Ensure full compliance with Apple and iStore procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy, clean, and organised workshop.
  • Work in accordance with deadlines to ensure they are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide personalised recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Book repair work with customers over the phone or in the store.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
