Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster business growth. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through promotions and direct strategies. Present and demonstrate The Marketing Collective's marketing and advertising solutions tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis. Provide clients with ongoing support and follow-up to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business. Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to understand and articulate complex marketing and advertising solutions. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
