JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manages the full sales cycle including cold calling, prospecting, pitching, and closing sales
• Managing trade terms and working efficiently within
• Builds, grows, and maintains positive relationships with customers
• Researches and prospects current and potential customers in order to understand their business to better educate them on the value of working with A1
• Demonstrates knowledge of the A1 sales process, our value proposition, and our products to our customers; able to handle objections
  · Prepares quotes and estimates for customers
  · Provides pricing, product availability, and scheduling information
  · Suggests alternative products or purchases to meet customer needs
  · Prepares order entry and order tracking to ensure delivery is without problems
  · Receives and processes customer order inquiries

· Works with Inventory Controller to purchase product unavailable in the warehouse

• Meets sales projections, generates ongoing sales opportunities, and achieves company and individual KPI’s

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Bachelor’s in business, marketing, sales or related field

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· 3+ years of experience in sales environment
· Excellent communication, on-the-spot problem solving, negotiation, and people skills.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
