The Opportunity For our Abbott Nutrition Division ANI we are currently looking for a Medical Representative to join our great team in Slovenia. This will be a field-based role, requiring regular travelling across assigned area. What You'll do: Build effective business relationships with health care partners and customers; win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones. Ensure high-quality sales calls and excellence in selling skills. Maintain f2f call frequencies and number of doctor and pharmacy visits as per plan. Ensure regular CRM reporting and regular segmentation and targeting process. Implement and propose marketing activities. Grow Product knowledge by attendance at conferences and seminars. Administration, database maintenance, expense reports preparation. Required qualifications and background: University degree preferably in science related field. Prior experience in pharma sales is highly desired (2-3 years). Experience in interaction with hospital specialists from Oncology, Gastroenterology, Neurology or Diabetes would be an advantage. Proficiency in English and Slovenian. Competency in MS Office applications. Driving license B. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship building skills. Can-do attitude with pro-active approach. Ability to organize own work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to understand the data and propose necessary actions.
