Primary Job Function: To achieve sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business. Core Job Responsibilities: Manage and develop key customer accounts. Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure that the company’s products are meeting their requirements where possible. Report customer complaint to QA and resolve customer complaints if they arise. Negotiate agreements to generate win-win scenarios that ensure a long-term customer relationship. Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales for maximum efficiency. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory. Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Minimum Education required: Bachelor’s degree Minimum Experience/Knowledge required: Four-year college degree-preferably in a Business or Science Discipline or equivalent. Ability to translate strategy plan into tactical plan and drive projects Ability to negotiation for resources Ability to prioritize decisions and activities to ensure efficient use of resources Ability to analyze data to develop insight Ability to effectively communicate and sell to external / internal stakeholders.
