About the Opportunity
ShareSTAFF is seeking a Sales Representative / Account Executive / Business Development Manager to drive growth across Central California. This is a high-impact outside sales role where you’ll build client relationships, win new accounts, and deliver staffing and recruiting solutions that businesses depend on.
If you’re a hunter who loves business development, closing deals, and maximizing earnings, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and network to acquire new clients.
  • Manage a full sales cycle: lead generation → presentations → contract negotiation → account management.
  • Build long-term client partnerships in light industrial & professional sectors.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales / outside sales / business development experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Staffing or recruiting industry experience preferred (not required).
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentations, and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license (role includes local travel with mileage reimbursement).
