Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to help manage and grow our existing customer accounts, while also contributing to new business development. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service, maintaining long-term partnerships, and seizing new sales opportunities when they arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current wholesale and B2B customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for account inquiries, reorders, and product support
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and proactive follow-ups
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to increase order value
  • Stay informed on our product line and communicate new launches or promotions to clients
  • Support business growth by occasionally sourcing and engaging new leads
  • Accurately manage CRM records, order history, and account activities
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) to deliver a smooth customer experience
