Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Representative / Account Manager, you will serve as the face of our brand, responsible for managing relationships with both new and existing customers. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with tradespeople, construction professionals, and retail partners, driving sales growth across multiple channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster and develop relationships with existing clients to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Proactively engage with both retail partners and trade professionals for ongoing business development, handling both inbound inquiries and targeted prospecting efforts.
  • Travel throughout California and interstate to build relationships with clients, ensuring product displays are visually impactful and marketing materials (catalogs, price lists) are distributed effectively.
  • Keep clients updated with the latest product releases, pricing changes, and new promotions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, offering timely and professional assistance on product selection, orders, and processes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on wholesale channels while also supporting B2C sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, customer satisfaction, and seamless order fulfillment.
