OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven door-to-door Sales Representative for security and exterior lighting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong ability to negotiate, analyze market trends, and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Training is paid, and once completed, you will transition to a full commission-based structure.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or technical sales role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in using Tradify or CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Willing to travel outside the city or province.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
