Description As a Sales Representative at Advanced Propane Inc., you’ll be selling one of the most efficient and versatile energy solutions—Propane is essential for heating, cooking, and powering homes and businesses, offering unmatched reliability and cost savings. In this role, you’ll educate potential customers on the benefits of propane, from its low environmental impact to its efficiency in both residential and commercial applications. Your expertise will help customers choose a smart, sustainable energy solution while contributing to the continued growth of Advanced Propane Inc. We are in search of someone who is motivated by finding new opportunities just as much as they are taking care of warm leads. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers using company-provided leads and generate new leads. Schedule on-site visits (Go Looks) with customers to evaluate their propane needs. Provide professional pricing proposals to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Coordinate with the Branch Manager to schedule installations. Set and exceed goals for Go Looks, quotes, and new customers. Maintain records of customer quotes, emails, and interactions. Understand propane applications for logs, heaters, water heaters, and more. Be proficient in estimating annual propane usage and tank sizing. Provide timely, accurate pricing proposals to customers and respond promptly to inquiries. Participate in local marketing efforts and community activities to raise brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Advanced Propane. 55,000/yr Plus Commission 15-40% of Base + Company Vehicle Requirements Requirements and Skills: Previous experience in sales or business development. Strong people and communication skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with the Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and other team members. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet search tools. Propane experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
