Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Working in our Liquid coatings business, your role will be to take responsibility for driving sales growth and profitability be developing existing customer accounts and converting new business for our high performing Cromadex brand in the North of the UK. Cromadex produces a range of high quality liquid coatings for general industrial use. Our range is designed to answer all technical as well as decorative needs for customers. The role will be a mixture of homebased and field based activities with the candidate ideally located on the M62 corridor however this isn’t a prerequisite.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Actively manage & develop key accounts to generate business growth.
· Identify and onboard new accounts.
· Develop strong working relationships with colleagues & external customers.
· Create & implement contact strategies.
· Build a clear understanding of customer objectives & KPI’s.
· Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range in order to understand customer needs & provide technical guidance to strengthen our offer.
· Help resolve customer disputes.
· Produce regular performance reporting.
