Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Join our Decorative Paints division and you will maximise the sales and profit of our brands by developing business across the contract chain including at key stakeholders such as Architects, Specifiers and Engineers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop excellent relationships with customers.
  • Identify & win new business to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create & execute regional sales plans delivering compelling value propositions to ensure clients choose our products.
  • Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range in order to understand customer needs & provide technical guidance to strengthen our offer.
  • Negotiate pricing.
  • Gather market intelligence & monitor trends/competitor activity & share your insight with the business to make sure we are best placed to react to any activity or opportunities that may arise.
