JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their educational and career goals and will be responsible for promoting our programs, guiding prospective students through the admissions process, and achieving enrollment targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a private career college setting is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in sales, marketing or a related field is an asset.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and enrollment targets, preferably in a career college setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, and Google Accounts.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to build rapport, identify opportunities, and close deals.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales and enrollment targets.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to generate new leads and inquiries from prospective students.
  • Follow-Up and Nurturing: Diligently follow up with all leads and inquiries to provide detailed information about our programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and goals, and provide tailored recommendations to encourage enrollment.
  • Campus Tours and Presentations: Schedule and conduct engaging campus tours, informational sessions, and admissions interviews, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our programs.
  • Application Assistance: Assist prospective students throughout the application process, ensuring they complete application forms accurately, collect necessary documentation, and submit everything on time.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system, tracking their progress through the admissions funnel.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, financial aid, and other departments to support enrollment efforts and enhance the prospective student experience.
  • Event Participation: Actively participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, open houses, and community events to promote our programs and attract new students.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective students and their families, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the admissions process.
