Description JOB SUMMARY As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will have the opportunity to work independently while visiting client job sites, identifying prospects, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment and is comfortable with cold calling and maintaining ongoing communication with both clients and internal teams. PAY $55,000-$60,000 annually depending on experience; plus uncapped commission JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Representative for further development and closure Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale. Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest. Use the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure accurate information is available with the company Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers Organize, develop, and manage a database of potential customers to contact. Report any customer suggestions, complaints or concerns Generate and submit weekly lead generation reports Work collaboratively with branch and sales staff. Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an outside sales role Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Products Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
