• Sell pre-owned & new cycles while providing outstanding customer service
• Assist in finding the right product for customers & present financial options
• Ensure the customer’s new purchase is delivered in a professional manner, explaining key features and benefits, and ensuring satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a referral network while proactively prospecting potential customers in the community
• Learn product knowledge and ensure any and all customer questions are answered
• Follow and perform any and all other duties as assigned by managemen
