SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description: Looking for an exceptional, personable Sales Representative to support our growing organization. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling, estimating, inside sales, outside sales and new business development.
In this position, you will be required to: Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold-calling and referrals. Provide sales support to existing accounts and obtain new orders. Expand the customer base, communicate the status of orders and customer concerns to sales team and management on a daily basis. Maintain and enhance product and technical knowledge in the powder coating and liquid coating industry. Follow-up on leads and application opportunities. Conduct proactive outgoing sales calls as well as contribute to the team effort of the branch. Ability to work on estimate pricing and submit quotes, ability to read drawings and make sketches and do take offs with a strong ability in math for calculations. Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets would be an asset. Powder point presentation skills are a must.
Requirements – IF YOU HAVE: Sales experience with a significant track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals or A two or four-year college or university degree in marketing or sales. A combination of comparable education and sales experience Inside sales experience in coatings industrial or distribution sales preferred. Outstanding customer focus A positive attitude and are a team player.
