Job Description Develop customers in Automotive OES market for Sika’s product portfolio such as adhesive, sealants and coating products Developmenet of new projects and deliver sales of Automotive OES in Korea and support the projects at global level to meet agreed upon budget and gross margin objectives Coordinate with local key stakeholders along the value chain of new market segments in Korea to accomplish goals and objectives Supply chain management for inventories in Korea market Analyze the market and target / position Sika’s product lines accordingly Set up business plan yearly/Quarterly /monthly and report to TM manager Report /Communication to Sika Automotive APAC/ global team Qualifications Minimum of ten years of business development or related experience, (차장~부장급) Prefer industry experience in Automotive adhesive (or chemicals) to 2nd/3rd Tiers Preferred Chemical relevant major, engineering major or business administration Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary. Faithful and dedicated person in business Equip with driving license Motivated to learn You have good computer skills for Excel, PowerPoint, Words.
