AvPay is a leading platform dedicated to connecting aircraft buyers and sellers. We provide premium advertising solutions to help aircraft owners, brokers, and dealers showcase their aircraft to a global audience. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through selling advertising space.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships by selling advertising space on our platform. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with a strong willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.

• Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes, including CRM software.

• Prospect, identify, and secure new advertising clients, including aircraft dealers, brokers, and private sellers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Present and explain advertising options, pricing, and value propositions to clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and the aviation industry to provide insights and recommendations.
