REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities, build relationships, and close deals in a B2B environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell a diverse range of packaging solutions to businesses in sectors such as food & beverage, retail, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals within the B2B space.
  • Understand clients’ unique requirements and propose customized packaging solutions that add value to their business operations.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company goals and profitability.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new packaging innovations.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support, building strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts.
