POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Representative with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the B2B SaaS and AI solutions space. This role requires a consultative sales professional who combines technical knowledge and cold calling skills with exceptional sales abilities. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the call center industry, an understanding of AI technology applications, and possess the drive to work extended hours in pursuit of ambitious sales goals.

SALES PERFORMANCE & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience with documented success meeting/exceeding quotas
  • Closing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to close sales cycles (2-6 months) with multiple stakeholders
  • Target Achievement: History of consistently achieving 100% + of sales targets year-over-year
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and IT decision makers

INDUSTRY & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Call Center Industry: Understanding of call center operations, challenges, and technology solutions
  • AI Solutions: Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in business environments
  • B2B SaaS: 3+ years selling software-as-a-service solutions to enterprise clients
  • Technical Background: Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

SALES SKILLS & TOOLS

  • Salesforce CRM: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce with experience in pipeline management and reporting
  • Cold Calling: Proven success in high-volume cold calling with strong conversion rates
  • Lead Generation: Systematic approach to prospecting and qualifying leads through multiple channels
  • Sales Process: Experience with consultative selling methodologies
