Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a field-based sales role ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual with a background in the food industry. You will be responsible for driving to various locations, approaching potential clients (e.g., cafés, restaurants, retailers), showcasing samples of our baked goods, and converting leads into long-term customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, visit, and engage potential new clients to introduce our bakery and patisserie product range.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver in-person product demonstrations and sampling sessions to showcase the quality and variety of our offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Territory Coverage: Efficiently plan and manage travel within your assigned area to maximize client visits and productivity.
