THE ROLE:

Civilmart have an exciting opportunity available for a driven and passionate Sales Representative, seeking a new challenge in a rapidly growing organisation! The Sales Representative will be responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customers around the Toowoomba region.
This position is suited to an individual with demonstrated experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry. To be successful in this role you will be results driven, sales hungry and continuously motivated to exceed your sales targets!
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday. The Sales Representative will be on the road meeting with customers and visiting sites and report to the QLD State Sales Manager and join our growing Sales Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets
• Generate new business opportunities to increase sales
• Create and maintain customer pricing and margins
• Identify, develop, and manage new areas of business growth
• Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment
• Provide quotations and complete sales orders
• Liaise with finance, production, technical and logistics teams
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
