  • Represent the Bel-Air and the Lexus brand with confidence and integrity.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests through personalized service
  • Drive sales by understanding guests needs and matching them with the perfect vehicle.
  • Ongoing product knowledge for up to date and accurate information to share with guests.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Following up with previous guests on their lease renewals, future purchase needs and trade appraisals.
