Beracah Homes, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Greenwood, DE. As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our operations, guiding customers through every step of the home-buying journey while building long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of residential construction and business/mortgage concepts (preferred but not required).
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Responsibilities
  • Develop sustainable sales growth by engaging with current and prospective customers within your assigned region.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Sales Manager.
  • Gain customers’ trust to secure deposits and move them through the home-buying process.
  • Work closely with customers to design their ideal home and ensure their vision is realized.
  • Schedule in-person customer meetings and maintain productive, long-term professional relationships.
  • Communicate professionally with customers throughout the sales cycle, providing exceptional service.
  • Gather and maintain detailed information about customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Interpret and address customer requirements to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Order surveys, septic, and well designs as needed for home projects.
  • Maintain workload and customer interactions within the Lead Management Program.
  • Create and maintain account plans highlighting customer profiles, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively, analyze trends, and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address any issues in project design, production, or quality control.
  • Handle administrative work related to customer transactions and project tracking.
  • Work all Saturdays and attend all open house events.
  • Prepare responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and information (RFIs).
  • Meet yearly sales quotas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
