ACCOUNTABILITIES

Meet personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products / services within identified markets.

  • Promote / sell products to new and existing customers through formulating and maintaining sound relationships.
  • Demonstrate products to new and existing clients and provide assistance in selecting the most suitable option.
  • Conduct presentations and follow up calls to clients with regard to products already purchased and new products.
  • Actively resolve customer problems and complaints.
  • Analysis of market trends and keeps abreast of new developments
  • Identify risks and opportunities with regard to sales.
  • Report to management on trends and gaps in the market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Post Matric qualification will be advantageous
  • Previous experience in Retail Sales
  • Sales experience for minimum 5 years

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome customers warmly, assist them in identifying their needs and help them in making informed buying decisions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions on Point-Of-Sale (POS)
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in the store or sales area to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Stock management tasks, such as receiving, replenishment, stock counts as required.
  • Addressing customer complaints/concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Build and develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
