Position Overview: We’re seeking a personable and detail-oriented Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers from initial inquiry through final delivery. This role combines customer service, sales, order management, and light production support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales and customer service experience
• Personal Skills: Strong people skills with ability to connect with diverse clientele
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy and quality in all work
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (training will be provided for the right candidate)
• Experience in print shop or custom apparel industry
• Familiarity with order management systems
