Salary: AED 8,000 - 9,000 + KPI-based Bonuses (possible to make 20k+)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales techniques.
  • Strong business communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to identify and address client pain points effectively.
  • Good relationships with tech (you are good with computers, easily understand how to use new IT tools, etc.)

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Proactive approach with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner with a preference for candidates with an IT background.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical thinking to understand client needs and craft impactful strategies.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Solution expert in sales, you will be working with both new leads provided by the company and find your own prospects. Your goal will be to sell Callgear products and services, while meeting monthly sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with advertising leads and find new business opportunities within the UAE market.
  • Understand client needs and challenges to offer customised solutions that align with their goals.
  • Effectively present CallGear’s features and benefits to potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive outreach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
