Responsibilities

ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Maintaining and increasing revenue from assigned accounts
  • Supporting the creation and negotiation of contracts for your accounts
  • Tracking account plan objectives in line with established guidelines
  • Facilitating integration and ensuring a consistent customer approach across Cascades’ SBUs
  • Establishing and developing key relationships at all levels within the account organization (purchasing, category management, pricing, technical, accounting, quality control)

RESPONSIBLE FOR:



    • Validating quotes and pricing for all regions and markets based on margin ranges

    • Educating and training customers on products and solutions
    • Managing the creation and negotiation of contracts for regional accounts
    • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the team
    • Developing and managing account plans for regional accounts according to specific guidelines (e.g., revenue)
    • Maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction
    • Using and updating the CRM system
    • Primarily managing clients classified as Category A and B
