This role is crucial to Buster’s growth strategy. You won’t be “just another sales rep.” You’ll work directly with our COO, gaining executive-level visibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to shape how we grow catering and business partnerships in the Edmonton market.
This position starts as a performance-based contract, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role based on results. With a strong commission structure and leadership exposure, this is an ideal launchpad for a hungry sales professional eager to prove themselves and grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Catering Sales: Proactively approach businesses, offices, schools, and organizations in Edmonton to secure catering and bulk orders.
  • Business Development: Build and manage a pipeline of B2B prospects through networking, cold outreach, and relationship management.
  • Strategic Impact: Work directly with the COO to refine sales strategies, uncover new opportunities, and drive measurable growth.
  • Relationship Builder: Partner with HR reps, event organizers, office managers, and community leaders to become their go-to catering partner.
  • Promote Brand Awareness: Represent Buster’s at local events, community gatherings, and through direct outreach to expand visibility.
  • Track Results & Impact: Report on outreach activity, sales closed, and client feedback, ensuring goals and KPIs are exceeded.
