OVERVIEW

The Commissioner plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of our organization. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing various initiatives, fostering relationships within the community, and ensuring that our goals align with market demands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and sales, with a focus on customer service and technology sales.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to address client needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and strategies for engaging potential customers.
  • Experience in technology sales is highly desirable, along with proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win scenarios for all parties involved.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven field-sales or door-to-door experience (CCTV/home security is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident face-to-face closers.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Smartphone-savvy; comfortable using a mobile CRM or app.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be eligible to canvass in Ontario municipalities (we’ll guide you through permit requirements).
