Job Description Job Objective: We are seeking to engage a Sales Representative to drive sales growth and market penetration for CCTV products by leveraging strong product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and established relationships with wholesalers and retailers. The goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets, provide expert guidance to customers, and contribute valuable market insights that support the company’s overall business objectives in the security technology sector. Responsibilities: ​ Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CCTV products. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers. Customer Engagement Provide expert advice on CCTV (Dahua) specifications and product functionality. Handle customer objections and close deals effectively. Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat buyers and business clients. Market & Product Knowledge Stay updated on industry trends, including competitors and new brands. Participate in training sessions on new product launches and promotions. Channel Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers. Demonstrate familiarity with the market structure and distribution channels in Nigeria. Reporting & Feedback Track and analyze sales data, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide regular feedback to management on inventory needs and market opportunities. Requirements Requirements 1–3 years of proven experience in CCTV sales or related security technology products. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of CCTV systems, HDR, refresh rates, and familiarity with competing brands and technologies. Sales Competence: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and effectively manage customer relationships within the security solutions market. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Persuasive, energetic, and result-oriented with a strong customer service mindset. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Benefits Benefits N200,000.00 Monthly Gross Salary negotiable based on experience.
