POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced tech environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, value, and support while identifying opportunities for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or IT service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the IT sector (MSP, cloud, AI, or SharePoint a plus)
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of IT services and solutions
  • CRM or PSA tool experience preferred (e.g., ConnectWise, Salesforce)
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach
