Job Overview

• Dial 1,000+ outbound calls weekly to prospects and leads
• Establish rapport, assess needs, and close sales
• Keep precise records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Represent the client with clarity and enthusiasm

Remote Tech Requirements

• Windows 11 OS with 4GB RAM & dual-core processor
• Internet speed: minimum 20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up (no hotspots or satellite)
• USB headset and smartphone for two-factor authentication
• Active antivirus protection
