Window Coverings company seeking commissioned based sales rep for British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Where you will make frequent visits to window coverings retailers, manufacturers and Dealers. Showing them your product samples, consultation and book the orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 6 months to 1 years of experience of any sales in Outside/Territory Sales role
· Post secondary education in Business or Marketing preferred
· Windows/doors/window covering industry experience preferred
· Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
· Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales methods and techniques
· Fair software knowledge with Internet business databases

Responsibilities
  • Hunting, prospecting and targeting new business opportunities
  • Contacting potential b2b customers via phone, email and walk in visits
  • Creating effective sales pitches and product presentations highlighting product features, applications and benefits
  • Continually build pipeline of prospective customers and ensure timely scheduled follow up
  • Maintain accurate client contact records and sales reports
  • Participate in company marketing and trade show events
  • Keep up to date with competitive landscape and pricing trends
  • Resolving customer complaints. You should also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.
