JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to join our Rogers retail team. If you’re passionate about sales and have solid technical knowledge—especially with smartphones, mobile networks, and internet services—this is the role for you.
Your primary responsibility will be driving sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help customers find the right Rogers products, close sales confidently, and provide support with moderate technical tasks, such as device troubleshooting, configuring mobile and internet services, and explaining tech features.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face customer interaction, knows how to sell, and feels comfortable discussing tech in everyday language.

EXPERIENCE

• 1+ year experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in telecom or electronics
• Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
• Confident discussing technical products like smartphones, routers, and wireless plans
• Able to troubleshoot common issues and explain solutions to non-technical customers
• Tech-savvy and a quick learner—comfortable using and explaining iOS, Android, and network services
• Reliable, motivated, and flexible with availability, including weekends and holidays

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Recommend and sell Rogers wireless, internet, TV, and device solutions tailored to customer needs
• Assist customers with device configuration, account setup, and basic-to-intermediate technical issues (e.g., troubleshooting mobile devices, SIM/eSIM activation, router setup)
• Stay current on promotions, products, and competitor offerings
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and share best practices
