The Sales Representative position is responsible for the growth of assigned key accounts as well as identifying and developing strategic new business opportunities. We’re looking for somebody who is self-sufficient with an entrepreneurial approach in their work. This position will spend up to 50% of the time outside of the office visiting clients, attending trade shows, etc. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Salary & Benefits Information Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Our Sales Representatives are offered a base salary plus monthly incentive eligibility based on sales goals. What you’ll do: Listed examples are illustrative and representative of the tasks required of this position and are not intended to be complete or exclusive. Sell Intertek’s ATIC services within assigned vertical, account and territory through effective client research, prospecting, and networking. Work with Sales Manager to define and develop territory to increase new and existing sales. Meet with current and prospective customers face to face via client presentations and participation at trade shows. Write and follow up on proposals, specify appropriate standards and pricing. Follow through on sales transactions to ensure a superior customer experience for every project. Resolve customer needs, issues, and complaints in an efficient and effective manner. Meet all KPI targets and log activity in to iConnect (CRM), as required. Achieve all sales targets, including quotes, orders, revenue, etc. on a monthly basis. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, as required. Perform other duties as required. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management. Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal written and presentation formats. Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Physical dexterity/mobility to travel via car, airplane and to perform all clerical functions inherent to the position. Must be customer focused and quality driven. Ability to travel as business needs dictate up to 50%. A valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
