Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs and budget
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Negotiate sales in a professional and transparent manner
• Follow up with leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, online messages)
• Work with the dealership team to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to earn commission
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• OMIVC Licensed is a bonus. Dealer will pay for a eligible applicant to obtain license at the dealership expense.

Compensation

• Hourly wage + commission (earnings based on performance)
• Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time available)
