About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll contribute to our overall sales and marketing strategy, manage key customer relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager and wider team to achieve sales targets, implement promotional programs, and provide outstanding support to our valued customers. What You’ll Do Develop and manage key customer accounts within your segment. Drive sales growth through business development, product presentations, and promotional initiatives. Provide excellent customer support—resolving queries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring satisfaction. Contribute to marketing, sales, and product strategies to support sustainable growth. Report on sales activities, budgets, and performance outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues across sales, office, and warehouse teams to deliver top-quality service. Attend sales meetings, product training, and development sessions. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in sales and business development. Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, reporting). Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable, motivated, and committed to continuous self-development. Experience in wholesale/retail sales or understanding of retailer needs is an advantage.
