We’re looking for a people-savvy, results-driven HVAC Sales Representative who can turn cold calls into warm leads and turn those into lifelong customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Seek & Serve – Identify potential residential and commercial clients through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
  • Consult & Close – Conduct in-home or onsite consultations, assess client needs, and propose tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Educate & Elevate – Clearly communicate the benefits of our products and services, making complex systems easy to understand.
  • Sell with Soul – Meet (and exceed) sales targets with honesty, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Track & Report – Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate & Celebrate – Work closely with installation teams, service techs, and customer support to ensure smooth hand-offs and happy clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $33,000.00-$133,000.00 per year
